Role Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) to expand our joinery client base and build long-term relationships with interior designers, contractors, architects, and developers. You will be the face of the company in the market, promoting our CNC and Table Saw capabilities and custom woodwork solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential B2B clients
(fit-out contractors, designers, architects)
• Conduct regular site visits and in-person meetings
• Present product samples and discuss technical capabilities
(CNC routing, custom joinery, etc.)
• Prepare and follow up on quotations in coordination with internal team
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools or lead trackers
• Negotiate contracts and close sales in line with company targets
• Attend industry exhibitions, networking events, and client functions
• Provide market feedback and competitor analysis

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in joinery, interiors, construction, or technical products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation skills and confident personality
• UAE driving license and familiarity with UAE market is a must
• Self-motivated and results-oriented

Job Description – Marketing & Sales Coordinator

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support our internal sales and marketing operations. You will manage our online presence, generate marketing materials, handle client inquiries, and support the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
with engaging content
• Coordinate online marketing campaigns and update company website
• Prepare marketing materials: brochures, digital catalogs, client proposals
• Respond to online and WhatsApp inquiries; qualify leads for the sales team
• Maintain CRM or lead tracking spreadsheets with follow-up schedules
• Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating sample deliveries
• Monitor trends and suggest marketing improvements
• Collaborate with graphic designers and freelancers as needed

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing or sales coordination
• Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation
• Familiar with Adobe, or similar design tools
• Basic understanding of joinery/interior products is a plus
(training will be provided)
